"Update still terrible, sat at the speaker for 5 min this morning and tried again at lunch this time i pulled to the window watched a guy on his phone for over 30 seconds untill i honked my horn to get his attention, i told him i was waiting for 5 min at the speaker. He said no you werent .... i asked to speak with manager, he replied i am the manager ... needless to say i see the issue wont be back Worst service! I try to go there maybe once a month and it's the same thing, you wait in the drive thru for over 5 min and still No one takes your order, typically ill be the only one in the drive thru and when I drive by the window there is 2 to 3 employees on their phones doing nothing ... theyre never busy, parking lot stays empty... I really hope this place closes soon so it can be replaced."
"The people who work here are the definition of LAZY!!! I asked them if they would toast the bun on my burger, and they literally said, "We don't do that." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? How lazy can you get? What is easier than toasting bread on a grill or griddle that you already have warmed up? Your only job is to generate repeat business, and I've never heard a restaurant refuse to toast a burger bun. My family will never return. SO LAZY!!!!!!"
"There was only one server here tonight and I believe it was the owner. Yet it was fast and wonderful. Food was delicious. Beef barley soup on sald bar was to die for. Husband had French toast and sausage. Would highly recommend this place for food. Only negative was the bathroom was very outdated and not very great. Salad bar $9.99. French toast and sausage $8.99"
"My family showed up around 8pm. The salad bar was a mess and no salad, the soup had the soup lid inside the soup, it was empty. I feel sorry for the Chinese guy that works there. The Manger had a bag of excuses. The bathroom had no hand towels"
