"While the atmosphere was nice and the service was good the food was very underwhelming and overpriced not only did the portion of food decrease drastically but the price essentially doubled for a penne meal that was practically an appetizer served with chicken niblets as well as the garlic bread they serve being burnt to a crisp and hard as a hockey puck...this used to be one of my favorite spots to eat but has recently been taken off the list of favorite eaterys in liberty...do better!"
"I was going through a very tough time on Saturday and Martha the manager and Joshua, the waiter. Make sure I was OK. They had small conversation with me and they even came and checked on me. This meant more to me than they know they went over and beyond customer service to attend to someone, they didn’t know or something they was not aware of. I truly appreciate them more than they know and I wanted to make sure that they are recognize. Sorry if I got the names wrong, but this is located at the Liberty location. Thanks again."
"This place is awesome! HK was such an amazing server I have never had an awesome server she explained the menu perfectly and answered any questions we had. The presentation was awesome, the atmosphere is awesome! The manager Eric came over and checked on us multiple times and you could tell he really wanted our experience here to be tremendous. I would recommend this place to everyone!"
"We just recently dined here and our server was HK she was an amazing person as well as server, her service was outstanding and Erik the manager was a delight to have around, as usual. I will definitely be having another date night here!!"
"I’ve eaten at Kona Grill twice now. The first time I got a to-go order of pad thai and california rolls. The pad thai was colorful and beautiful but tasted bland, and the California rolls were good. I waited over a year to try again, this time dining in. We were seated on the patio which had flies all over the place that we were constantly swatting away. We had a wobbly table that spilled our drinks and an inattentive server who commented on how fast we ate our appetizers loudly enough for the entire patio to hear after taking over 40 minutes to serve us, which was annoying and rude. The entire experience was obnoxious, service was horrible and the food was mid. I will not be back."
