Chipotle Mexican Grill 6876 Cincinnati Dayton Road, Liberty Township, OH 45044

"The following is an account of a particularly unsatisfactory take-out experience. It is strongly recommended that this establishment be avoided at all costs, as the staff has exhibited a lack of concern for customers and their orders. During my visit, I observed that the premises were in a state of disarray, with trash strewn about and unclean surfaces. Despite having specifically ordered a veggie bowl with extra rice, I received only two measly scoops of rice, which appeared to be from a child's portion. I requested additional rice and even approached the supposed manager to rectify the situation. However, the individual who prepared my meal, who claimed to be the manager, only provided half a scoop of rice, displaying a poor attitude and behavior towards the customer. To my surprise, the manager then proceeded to label my veggie bowl with the letter "C" which stands for chicken. When the cashier asked me if I had ordered a dine-in or take-out chicken bowl, I clarified that I had ordered a veggie bowl instead. The letter "C" had been added to my order intentionally so they could charge me more. No apology was offered, nor was the situation rectified. The level of service and behavior exhibited by the staff at this establishment was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever experienced. I am left to wonder how individuals with such poor attitudes and manners can secure positions of employment in the service industry. No respect towards the customers."

"If they run out of steak or so carne asada. You would have to wait up for some 15 minutes for them to cook a new batch. Also, it has nothing to do with the service or Chipotle itself. But for some inexplicable reason the driveway entrance has an incredibly low slope. I have a very low car and every time I go there I have to make sure it doesn't destroy my front end. And whatever excuse the contractor may give it's not warranted because the Kroger driveway is not made like this."

"This Chipotle continues to disappoint. Online orders are always very small. Asked for cheese and this is what I get. Super disappointing, especially considering they just raised their prices. Fortunately Hot Head Burrito is across the street. Update 2/6/24 This store continues to disappoint. So many inaccurate orders that are never ready on time."

"Iffy like most of the Chipotle restaurants around. Depending on who is making your food, you may get a good-sized portion of food or more times than not a small amount of everything. It is very inconsistent. I remember the early days of Chipotle when portions were large and prices were amazing. Now it's the opposite, and you have to consistently ask for another scope of something"

"Call ahead order was pathetic at this location. Not even close to extra fajitas, more like light fajitas! If you're low or out make more, don't just send it...lazy. Monroe, Franklin, Bridgewater locations need to train.. If this was the last Chipotle I'd not be a customer."
