"Update: I've since increased the rating as service seems to have gotten better lately. This place used to be pretty good. Anymore, though, it's a guess whether the food will be decent. More often than not their online ordering will be down. The most recent issue I had was ordering a pizza right as they opened. I arrived and there was another customer in line. Apparently the credit card machine was down so neither of us could get our food. It ended up going to waste. One would think, since it was no fault of the customer's, that they would be able to receive their food regardless. I guess it's okay to waste a customer's time so you don't lose out on $10 for your subpar pizza."
"Always reset customer expectations even if it's "I'll be with you in just a few minutes.." The team seemed slammed and was working hard in the heat. The food was excellent. I would return again, however I hope that I won't be standing in the lobby with my food in the heat lamp for 10 minutes while I wait for service.. Thanks for your efforts."
"So disappointing when you ask for a pretzel crust and you get all of the way back to work and find a regular pepperoni pizza in the box. Girls in the store were super nice. Wings were great. Just need more attention to detail when it comes to pulling pizzas."
