"They can’t follow simple online order instructions. Wrong bread/ sloppy sandwich/ toasted my sandwich without my permission. Online orders are always pushed to the side, often forgotten. When I arrive to pickup my order, I still end up having to get in line, or else my order will be dead last. They don’t prioritize online orders. Huge Waist of time… Sloppy sandwich."
