"$22 is a bit too much to be paying for just six sausage egg and sandwiches. There's just no excuse to triple the price when your ordering through the drive-thru wherever the counter without the app. It's just not this location for practically every location does it. Springfield McDonald's will give you the same prices that the app offers over the counter or through the drive-thru."
"Asked for extra salt not extra crispy Fry's the daily double was not ever warm it's like it was sitting for hours not "fresh". Then when I said half and half ice tea without ice I got sweet tea with ice. Come on guys do better."
"The entire afternoon shift sucks at this particular location. I have yet to get an order that isn't screwed up. I get that these are mostly high school kids but a job is a job."
"Came in around 8:30-8:45 pm Tuesday, December 12. Lady taking our order was SUPER nice. Manager was rude. While all of the other employees were sweeping and doing their nightly cleanup duties, she sat down and played on her phone. When confronted by an employee why she isn’t helping, she said “I’m a manager, all I do is tell people what to do!” People with that attitude have no place in management, I hope the franchisee takes appropriate action."
