"Above average McDonald's. Very clean. Excellent service. Food came out fast and to order."

"Placed my order pulled up for my food, got a diet coke, but ordered a coke, so I had let them know, and they acted like it was my fault and not theirs. I then ask if they wanted me to pull forward beings how I ask for fresh nuggets and fries and I did I had waited 16 minutes so I ask a employee that was taking an order to curbside if they had maybe forgotten about me?? So before the employee went back in he had a few puffs of a cigarette. He then brought me my order and I ask if my dips were in there and I could only find one so I ask for dips and also for fresh fries he broughtme more dips but for the 2nd time had droppedsome both times, and they act as if I was bothering them. The manager brought me my fries with a horrible attitude and as I processed to tell her if I'd knew I'd had to wait on pies I wouldn't have but before I could explain to her she said have a good day and slammed the window in my face so I called and spoke with another manager explained what happened and that I had waited 20mins in the drive thru and ask what he could do to make it right and I said you could refund my $$ and he said if you return the food he would do so. I told him I sure would when I got back in town. I will be returning the food today February 5th. I've been going to this McDonald's for many many years and not 1 problem there as a matter of fact I've always said they were great friendly and fresh food and I'm sure I'll continue to go there but I believe the lady Denna or Deanna (not sure of the correct name as to the manager not wanting to give it to me) should have to take a class in how to treat people. It was the worst treatment I've ever had at ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT."

"Food is always cold got steak bagel the steak was dry the bagel was stale way to much sauce. Apple pies not cooked all the way. This location has issues I will be driving to a different location for now on and that will put me about 20 minutes out of my way but the price you pay food should be eaten not throwed away."

"Took 20 minutes to get an order not to mention the other 7 people waiting behind me. They seem to move at their speed. Then of that order it was placed 10 minutes ahead of time, I was also if missing food from my order, however the lady manager had zero Customer service and said that’s my problem and that we would have to pay for it again. And when told her I would make review she said she said fine, because she would be the one dealing with it. Long story short just didn’t seem to care one way or another"
