"I bought two tomatoe plants that were at the store were-defective and attempted to describe to the person that sold them to me the problem and he was insulting and doubted my knowledge. I have been raising tomatoe plants since 1980 am 75 years old and finally gave up.I could have sent a photo but he would ONLY WORK THRU THE STORE! I will never go there again!!! I have been going there since it opened! Sorry Chase is doing business with such a horrible person !!! When i called to say they were losing a good customer of many years, the ssles person was totally unconcerned. Oh well. Their loss."
"Amazing! Friendly and helpful, and always carry my giant bags of birdseed to the car for me. Very competitive prices (50 lb. safflower for the same price as 40 lb. at Tractor Supply and the best price I have found anywhere on Deer Scram, for example). Innovative bird feeders and bird houses, and great variety of bird feed. Charming store and lovely team. Highly recommend!"
"So, this is the place for bird seed and related items. They always have a friendly staff and plenty of inventory. The store is clean and organized , and they'll help you carry the heavy stuff out to your car. I've been buying the "Newtown Special " mix for years and am very happy with the results- a good mix of birds, squirrels, and the occasional deer. We bought our bird bath heater there too (yes, bird- watcher nuts like me actually have heaters in the baths during the cold months! )."
"First time in this charming Feed and Supply store. I bought two pounds of peanuts to entertain the squirrels.Which reside in the woods near my condo.There is a nice assortment of bird houses available.Also handmade soaps made by a local craftperson.The employees are helpful."
