The two at the line didn't know how to do it, but I asked for the shift leader, and he came out, quickly made my sandwich, pushed one key on the register, and took my 50% coupon off. His name was Owen, and he is an excellent employee-very calm and professional. This location has the best food, the best staff, and the cleanest store overall in this entire area. I am very pleased with the Fairfield road Subway!"
