"I ordered 21 burritos (cheesy rice and beans) during a shift change. The staff came in to work, washed up, and got to work right away to help which I was very impressed to see. All the burritos were made well (it didn't seem like they were rushing too much even when lacking staff). The burritos were all done faster than expected and tasted great. (I didn't eat them all myself if you're wondering) Good job Taco bell."

"I had a disappointing experience last night. I placed my order at the kiosk and 15 minutes later they finally served my food. It looked like they were understaffed for the dinnertime hours. On the bright side, one of the staff gave me a coupon for a free taco on my next visit. Also, they were out of the hot taco sauce packets...not just at the counter, but also at the drive thru station."
