Chipotle Mexican Grill

"So I came into the chipotle for a quick dinner I didn’t expect high quality or even decent service I am really upset by the service I got today. I got a Bowl with a Tortilla in it they put it in wrong (Maybe a new corporate policy that was put in after I left but it wasn’t that way when I worked there just a few years ago) they gave me a tiny proportion of rice I asked for Barbacoa they gave maybe a 3/4 of the proportion and I had to ask for more rice to get a decent amount of Rice (still not a normal proportion) the person who did my order had gave me a dirty look after that and then I asked for just sour cream and cheese. I didn’t have a complicated order and was treated like I gave the hardest order in the western world. My partner was with me and here is what they had to say “Pretty much none of my stuff was a full proportion. I am actively trying to gain weight bc i look like a twig and needed enough energy to get me through the rest of my shift, i wont have energy if i dont eat enough. Server got annoyed that i asked for more veggies when i got like 1/4 of what i should have and seemed as if he was pushing me to get meat when i didn't want meat. Also I am still Hungry” and though they were corrected a different employee kept calling my partner she when softly corrected my partner goes by he/they continued to do so. I try not to be harsh with my reviews but I don’t plan on coming to this chipotle any time soon I will take a detour and go to the one on North Fairfield if I need Chipotle."

"I order from this chipotle regularly and today I had same experience whenever I visit in the mornings. The morning staff are always rude and in a hurry to serve very little portions. I asked for some extra rice in my order and the lady just refused and said I was served wrong before and just handed over me the very little portions of my order. Whenever I go in the night the staff are atleast in a mood to welcome the guests. I generally get quesadilla and have three sides rice, corn and sour cream and today the lady refused for rice which is not even a spoonful in the box. It’s not about the food I asked for but it’s the attitude they have which made me pissed off. Zero customer friendly with filthy seating. The staff are interested to talk with each other rather than working. I request chipotle to look at the racist store."

"Avoid this location at all costs during ANY lunch hour. Service was quick but the portions, no matter the order, are minimal. The girl behind the counter is in such a rush she cuts you off before you are able to respond. The tiny scoops of rice and toppings barely fill the bowl...even with a double order of meat. This has happened 3 times in a row during lunch and I will not be returning or be taking any visiting guest to this location. I feel like they are trying to portion things out due to the lunch rush instead giving proper servings. My business is going elsewhere."
