"Had a pick up order for 6pm. Was told to park in the Togo spots and call the number and give the spot I was in. I did this at 6pm, was told they will let checkout know and it will be right out. After about 20 minutes gone by, and watching 2 other people park in Togo spots, walk in and walk out with the orders they placed. I went in. There was about 4 people standing at the host stand, a packed lobby and no one at the Togo spot. When someone finally came to the Togo and I was able to get my order. I checked everything and asked if they had put the extra drawn butter we had ordered because I didn’t see it. He proceeded to argue with me saying I was wrong and that it was in there. He then walked off. When I got home, all the food was cold, and no extra butter that we had ordered. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and I am very disappointed with the entire experience. Highly doubt my family and I will be back."
"Stopped into this red lobster tonight for dinner. The food was really good. The service was fantastic. Amber was a great server and took great care of us. The lobster dip is so good reminds me of Florida it tastes fresh! And my steak was cooked exactly the way I like and seasoned to perfection. There mac and cheese with the bacon and creamy lobster sauce I imagine is what they eat everyday in heaven it’s too good to be true! If you haven’t been here yet come in!! Don’t let me forget those amazing melt in your mouth cheddar bay biscuits!!!"
"Food tasted great. For the Build Your Own there were large portions. Service is always good. The stuffed mushrooms, however, were small. This has always been our go-to for an appetizer. The dish is small but it didn't hid the fact the mushrooms shrunk lol. They tasted good though."
