"Bob Evans used to be a nice place for a decent meal, but sadly, like so many places lately, the prices have gone up while the quality has gone down. I had a simple breakfast with loaded hash browns, something they must do many times a day, but the eggs were undercooked with runny whites, and the hash browns were stone cold. And apparently 'loaded' means throw a tiny bit of shredded cheese on top (which won't even melt due to the aforementioned cold potatoes). Overpriced and disappointing. Additionally, we and others had to wait for a table, even though the place was more than half empty."

"Not our first time here, we haven't visited Bob Evans #202 in Beavercreek Ohio in about six months. This time, the food wasn't the hero, chicken overcooked and breading dry with burnt edges. Home fries overcooked and dark brown in color. Service was great tho. Restaurant needs some tlc, with a good cleaning. The divider glass between booths is covered with food splatter on both sides of the seating in our booth."

"My girlfriend and I went to this location for dinner. Our server was extremely unprofessional and rude. Our food got to us and my girlfriend's BLT that she ordered tasted funny. My mac and cheese was cold and the last piece of chicken I got looked not even cooked / was bad. I almost spit it back onto my plate. I would not recommend going to this location, won't be back. EDIT : I usually try not to complain about grabbing a bite to eat, but contacting them on the website and then getting a gift card for $15 when our order was around $25 is crazy to me. Next time I'll for sure complain in store and just won't pay. Shouldn't have to pay for trashy services and bad food."

"Bob Evans is always so good! The food here at this location has never disappointed! It’s good any time of day but we LOVE their pancakes! They are too good!!! Definitely recommend coming here. Service has always been good too. A great place to bring the whole family."

"Stopped in for a late breakfast. Location was steady, but not busy. Within 5 minutes I was at a table. The food took a very long time to come out (30 minutes or more for menu breakfast items). Refills for drinks were also slow to the table. I ordered the breakfast pot roast hash. It was nothing like the picture, very dry and not pleasant to eat. It was 3 small pieces of dry pot roast on a handful of home fries. No sause, no liquid, no nothing but a dry plate. I let the staff know several times that the food wasn't very good, my response was "complete the survey after you leave". I expect better service from a family oriented atmosphere and much better food. I wont be back to this location, may try another one sometime."
