"I had a fantastic dinner at Bob Evans tonight. The food was scrumptious and generous. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, sausage links, my wife order eggs and toast, and the French toast. Everything was prepared perfectly and tasted fresh. The biscuits were soft and flaky, the gravy was creamy and savory, the sausage was juicy and flavorful, the eggs were fluffy and moist, the toast was crispy and buttery, and the French toast was sweet and decadent. I especially loved the maple syrup and the whipped cream on the French toast. The service was also outstanding. Our server, Lexi, was friendly and attentive. She welcomed us with a smile and took our orders quickly. She checked on us often and refilled our drinks without being asked. She also gave us some great suggestions for what to try next time. She was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend"

"This place should be ashamed to operate. It is hands down the worst establishment I’ve ever dined at. An hour and a half to even get food. Other people came in after us, ate, and left before we even got our stuff. When we did get the food, looked like someone with no cooking experience made it. Never again…"

"We started going to this particular location a couple of years ago and it was fairly good. Good service, decent food. However recently it has gone down hill service is not as good and the food is so- so. The orders NEVER come back right. We complained once and got free food the next time around but they got THAT order wrong. Then we tried again and they got that order wrong . At the moment don’t waste your money. Hopefully they will get their act together again and have decent food. But at the moment don’t bother."

"Waited for 45 minutes. My food was lukewarm could not finish. Sausage with pancakes was raw. BLT had burnt bread. Manager offered to replace but didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. Pancakes, mac and cheese, and chicken strips were okay. Fries were cold."

"Garbage! Trash! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! We brought our guests here for dinner and it was the worst food experience I’ve had in my life. My husband ordered a steak medium and the steak was literally mooing. My chicken sandwich had so much cartilage in it I gave up after biting into 3 different areas to find I could not even take a bite. We pretty much gave up and the dessert was decent. The table next to us sent back food as well. When we went up to the front to pay we were asked how the food was. When we said it wasn’t great the girl actually responded “well, there’s always next time”. There definitely will not be a next time… so we decided this joke at the end of the evening was the best part of the experience. Again… don’t waste your time and money. I’m not picky and this was just absolutely disgusting."
