"If I could give -1 star I would they have roaches and rats!!! Don’t clean the fryers! Lazy management! Do not eat here and they are very discrimination based!!! Below is one of the fryers that is broken! Racism is here the manager Riley fired me over nothing! Just because she could plz do not eat here they have roaches and rats!"

"Ordered a pickup order 2 minutes away from my location and the fries were so hard and cold. Also, I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich with extra mayo minus pickle. Received no mayo and a shrunken dried out chicken breast. This is my second time since going at the first open at this location. I was excited for them to come to this part of town, closer to my house. Won’t be back again. Each time is a total waste."

"Waited for a half hour for a pick up order. The female worker in the back kept coming up with a new excuse as to why they couldn't put the order together and thought it was funny each time. They weren't busy and no one in their drive thru . The other person waiting was complaining about this location and said " they never can seem to put any orders together ". I canceled the order ."

"On Superbowl Sunday I saw an ad for a special on Popeye's chicken wings. My wife and I are 80 years old and thought that would make a great meal while watching the game. I called the restaurant before leaving and asked if I could order the special in the store or in the drive-thru and was told that I could. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told that the order had to be placed online. I unfortunately had left my cell phone at home (a 10 minute drive) so I asked to talk to the manager to see if he could be nice enough to take the order without me having to drive another 20 minutes to get my phone. I have never been treated so rudely by an individual in my life. He basically told me it wasn't his problem that I didn't order on line, that he was unable to take my order at the special rate but I could order it at the regular price which was 8 dollars more (we live on social security). When I was ready to leave...without my meal...I asked him for his name. He said he had no obligation to give me his name...probably didn't want it in the review. I found out later that his name is JOHN. If I can recommend anything in this review it would be to stay away from this Popeye's location and it's manager JOHN."

"Popeyes has the best fast food chicken in the industry. Problem is they have the worst service model to go with it. Food got a one because two times in a row we have left without food because of a service issue. This time was a 15 minute wait because they had no chicken cooked at diner time. It's 5pm how about you throw down some chicken!"
