"OK, so fast food is fast food, but this location was impressive. The food was hot, prepared perfectly and service was great. Great job and Def the best steak and shake I've been to."
"Came here expecting an actual dinner, instead was greeted by a machine that we had to place an order on..When we went to go get our drink refill we were told that you only get 3, which is completely stupid, it's for "theft prevention", who the hell is bringing a 5 gallon bucket to steal soda? Their "policy" is 48 oz per drink, but their machine didn't give us the other tickets so we could only fill up our drinks once each..The food was okay, the cheese tasted a little old though. This place has lost its touch, it used to be a great environment but now it's very bland..do not recommend unless you enjoy being disappointed."
"I've gone here a few times this month and each time i have been given fresh hot food and delicious shakes. The young franchise owner is busting his butt to give guests a great experience. I found the kiosks easy to use and the scan to use drink machine is better than getting rid of the machine like most mcds are."
"Significant decline in total experience with no wait staff. Self kiosk ordering is just not for all folks. I felt sorry for some, watching them struggle. Going to collect your own order is just horrible. Especially when they're busy.. which I guess isn't often anymore. Oh.. and the menu was scaled back, as well. Basic menu is all they have."
"I had mixed feelings about the decision that was made to get rid of the servers inside the restaurant, but today everything was perfect. The food was hot, delicious and the gentleman that brought it out was very polite. The whole family finished the meal off with a signature shake as well. I’m sure we’ll be back!"
