"If you're seeking a run-of-the-mill Italian dining experience, look no further than Brio. This restaurant offers a lackluster menu reminiscent of a trip to your neighborhood Olive Garden. Upon entering, you're greeted with faux-Italian decor that fails to evoke any genuine ambiance. The menu boasts all the Italian-American classics you'd expect, from over-sauced pasta dishes to uninspired pizzas. Start with the bread sticks - they didn't have any to offer, unlike Olive Garden. Just basic slices of sour dough bread, which was good. For mains, the pasta dishes are passable at best. The marinara sauce tastes like it came straight from a jar, and the pasta itself lacks the al dente perfection one would hope for. The portion sizes are generous, but unfortunately, that's one of the few redeeming qualities. Service is efficient but lacks warmth. Don't expect any genuine Italian hospitality here—just the perfunctory motions of a typical chain establishment. In conclusion, Brio is a forgettable dining option that may satisfy a craving for generic Italian fare, but falls short of delivering any memorable culinary experiences. If you're in the mood for true Italian cuisine, you're better off exploring other options in the area."

"Went here with a Brio gift card expecting a good meal. We waited nearly an hour to be seated. When we were finally seated we ordered the chicken milanese and pork chops. Our waitress was kind. Then our food took forever so we kindly asked for a manager. The manager, being the man with the bun, came over and was less than helpful. He didn’t know how to approach us or even talk about the situation. It was awkward and I will not go here again."

"It's actually taken me awhile to write this review due to the severe trauma it caused. My boyfriend and I planned to dine here in celebration of me getting a new job. We planned on sharing a bottle of wine and having an amazing dinner. Unfortunately, that never happened. Upon arrival, we noticed a plethora of empty seats. While one staff member in particular noticed us when we walked in... she began blatantly ignoring us. About 15 minutes later a clearly exhausted server finally came up to us to seat us. She placed the menus in front of us and made the comment "I doubt you'll need these". I was confused by her comment, so I began paying closer attention to what was going on. We asked for waters and the wine menu. As I saw the server returning with our bread and waters... the manager that had ignored us when we arrived... abruptly stopped her and began berating her, and questioning "where she thought she was going" the server then motioned to our table.. and the manager said absolutely not! And refused to let the server serve us. In this moment the table next to us had a concern and had asked for a manager multiple times. The manager finally realizes that that table had asked for a manager. Upon arrival at the table next to us, the manager apologizes for the delay and states that she thought my table was asking for a manager and not theirs. She continues to say "I don't want to talk to them, I want them to leave. I don't know what they're doing but I don't support whatever that is." Before even acknowledging that tables specific concern. We waited another 30 minutes, absolutely horrified and in disbelief that this even happened. Let alone with how BOLD the manager was about it... then left without even getting bread or drinks . This had been my favorite restaurant since it opened. Not anymore. I will never return again, and encourage others to do the same. The service has declined exponentially over the years. This is absolutely unacceptable, and quite VILE."

"Not worth the price, and service was terrible. Sunday afternoon, and there were few diners. It took 25-30 minutes after seating for the server to bring bread, and the appetizer I ordered came shortly after. The spinach artichoke dip was lukewarm to cold . The flatbread with the dip is flavorful, but too large, so you will definitely be double dipping or need to spoon it onto the Flatbread. The server/kitchen timed the dishes poorly, so my entrees were ready when i was only halfway through the appetizer. I ordered the grilled chicken marsala and a premium side of risotto & shrimp. The risotto was good but a bit runny. The grilled chicken marsala was dry and flavorless. The chicken was dry and chewy, and the sauce was thick and didn't do anything for the chicken. The mashed potatoes were like instant potatoes but lacked the flavor of even the idaho mashed potatoes packages. I was going to order desert but was so disappointed I didn't even bother. I wouldn't recommend Brio. You will get better italian food at Carrabas or Olive garden."

"Pros: Came here for dinner with my veteran sisters Christmas party. I ordered the Lemone Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini. The chopped salad was good. We had a party of 12-15. Our sever Brianna was awesome. Cons: was that we were told they couldn't apply our military discount mycouldn't hear the reason why. Some of the ladies expressed negative feedback. One of the women ordered the tiramisu. She couldn't eat it because it was frozen solid."
