Wendy's

"Sat and waited in the drive thru line for a good 10 minutes just to get told by their noon staff they don't serve cold brew after breakfast. Pulled over called the next closest Wendy's and even they couldn't understand why they'd tell me that. Sad you see people working fast food more often than not now just simply treating you like they don't wanna deal with you. Maybe you're machine is dirty? And you didn't wanna clean it? But to lie? Smdh"

"I've given this location a try a couple of times in the past few months and I've never actually gotten my food. The wait time to even order is unreasonable, much less wait in line to get to the window. Sometimes no one even acknowledges you're waiting in the drive thru. This used to be my favorite location a few years ago, but something has changed. I will not be giving this spot another try ever again."

"Worst service and burger i have ever had. I ordered a salad, out, spicy chicken, out, strawberry lemonade, out! I then ordered a pretzel bun baconactor combo, got a regular bun. Ordered a coke, got to the machine, out! How can you be out of all the flavors of coke. Like 8 of them. And who drinks raspberry coke. Everyone when nothing is left. And don't ask the guy at the counter if they have any! Rude, and short tempered. Very understaffed but I get that part. Use to go here a lot. Not ever again. And I did not even touch on how dirty the dining room was. Nasty! Won't be going back."

"This is not a gripe or any other negative sentiment towards the actual staff as I understand the situation isn't exactly their fault , but the influx of door dash and similar type serv seem to take paramount importance over the customers in proximity . I literally waited (and yes I timed it because the previous visit ) 48 minutes to get 4 ...just 4 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. The place had only 3-4 cars in drive thru when I walked in and only 1 customer BUT somehow several people walked in afterwards and promptly were handed a bag and left. Pretty frustrating when the plan was avoiding a glucose issue "grab some fast food" for the hungry nephew. Again...staff is always cool despite how tedious and overwhelming it must be dealing with all that so please PLEASE be patient with them , it's not THEIR fault."

"Food was hot and fresh. Manager was nice. Time it took to get it was very bad, took me 10 minutes just to be able to order, nobody else in front of me. Took another 10 minutes to get my food. Poor attitude from other employees. There is definitely something to work with, I am sure they can bring it up a notch if they dug in a little deeper."
