"These people are very rude. The manager took my order bluntly sighed as taking my order because my order was semi long. No one talked to me at the window. And they forgot half of my order. They drive through line is super slow and they have their doors locked to the inside at 6 pm. I had to re wait in line for 20 mins for the food they forgot to give me."

"Lobby is almost never open making it difficult for doordash drivers. The drive through is usually at least a 15 minute wait before you even get to order. Let alone get up to the window cause they wait for the person in front of yous order to be completed and handed off before they take your order creating a slow moving line. It’s honestly not their fault cause it seems like they’re always extremely understaffed. Food is pretty average to good if it’s made correctly. Staff rotates often but usually get good customer service. And not sure on the cleanliness cause like I said 4/5 times I come the lobby is closed."

"Why does it take once you get to the order window 10 minutes before you can order your food then get to the pickup window pay then wait 15 more minutes to get your food and it was only 2 of us in the line? By the time I left it was 15 cars behind me. Way to slow for fast food service. Just saying"

"While I do avoid this place during dinner because of the slow service, I can say it's in my top five for breakfast. The honey butter chicken biscuit is so flaky and juicy and it just melts in your mouth when you get extra honey butter. I wish they had their breakfast potatoes all day. For some reason the staff is completely different in the morning and the girl who helped me today at the window was very talkative and personable and sweet."
