"Once again another Chipotle experience where any location is always out of something. It makes me not even want to chance it. They had cheese, but would only serve it for Doordash or online orders. I was physically in the store and couldn't get cheese. Pissed off."
"Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I waited in the pick up line for 30 minutes before I finally received my food. I didn’t even get so much as a “sorry about your wait” then I get home only to find that I didn’t receive the correct order. It was complete waste of time. The employees need training on customer service skills and proper etiquette because I didn’t appreciate the “hey gorgeous, sweetie, honey” etc.. that’s weird. Stop doing that. A simple apology would have sufficed."
"Worst customer service ever. Guess they don't want returning customers? They totally missed up my order, could refund it because it was online but told me since I was nice about the situation I could return and have my bowels re made. I came in a few days later and told the names of the ladies who told let me know this and was told the could do nothing about it. Simply said that is not how they do things. So I am out $20 bucks but definitely won't be returning. It's worth the drive to a different location."
"I have been here 3 times. First 2 times, I swore I was done coming here because there was bones in my bowl both times. I decided to give it another shot because this location is so close to my home. And yet again, had a giant chunk of bone in my food that hurt my teeth. And the guac is full of avocado skin. The lettuce is super brown and they almost gave it to me. Put some of the bad lettuce on then put fresh. The counter is always super dirty. I have found hair in my bowl once, bones 3 times, and now avocado skins and whole clusters of cilantro. These employees severely need trained. They give the wrong person a chicken bone, they gonna get sued and shut down real quick. Just make the extra drive to a different location."
"My chicken tacos were hot and yummy! The workers were quick & polite. There was not a long wait I went around 5pm. I had no issues with anything. The store was clean when I visited. The patio was nice to sit and eat. I will go back glad to have one closer to home to fill my cravings!"
