"This 9228 Dayton Lebanon Pike location is clean and the staff friendly, when you can grab their attention. This location is geared to drive through, with on-site dining tolerated. There is no self-serve here. No customer soda dispenser, access to condiments, and unless I missed it, not even a napkin dispenser. Seems pretty clear that their customers are either not trusted with those things, or they really want to gently discourage you from staying inside. At least you don't need a key for the bathrooms (yet)."
"So I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers from the Centerville McDonald's about 2 weeks ago at 10:35 hoping for a freshly cooked burger as breakfast had just ended. Needless to say my burgers were cold dry nasty and the cheese was not melted. I proceeded to call them and complain which I normally dont do because it is after all it is fast food but this was beyond nasty. So they were quick to say they would replace. I went back this time at 11:15 once again hoping for a fresh burger and you would think they would try to ensure it was a quality product this time. I was served yet another beyond nasty cold dry burger and as the pictures show it was so cold the cheese didn't melt. Nasty avoid this McDonalds"
