"Well, I had previously, on many occasions, enjoyed this place... this last time was a complete disappointment! My sweet and sour sauce was not only busted and all over my other stuff but it had a gnat in it... that happens. Okay. No huge deal, we had enough in the other container... our "crab" Rangoons were nothing but cream cheese, no crab. My chicken was soggy and my husband and sons sweet and sour chicken was hard..apparently ordering online, means a fee now. I thought I had found our little Chinese spot. Guess I'll keep looking.. 3 stars was previously 5"
"The customer service is horrible. The self-proclaimed manager was rude and I truly believe his rudeness was racially motivated. He was dismissive of my complaint......and told me, "There was no point of me complaining to the owner; because the owner would not call me back." He then proceeded to tell me to never return to the restaurant. He was incapable of communicating effectively to provide quality customer service."
"I ordered Chicken Chow Mee Fun, fried dumplings, and crab rangoons. The Chow mee fun was terrible- no flavor, greasy, and there weren't any veggies and barely any egg. The dumplings were doughy and bland. The crab rangoon didn't even have any crab in it and there was something weird about the cheese filling. This was my first and probably last time eating there, not to mention I threw whatever was left away."
"My first time eating at Royal Wok and it will not be my last. Excellent! General Tso's Chicken was dynamite!!! The steamed dumplings are tremendous and one dumpling is the size of two at any other restaurant. Crab rangoons are over stuffed and not all dough!! Absolutely fantastic!!! My husband got steamed shrimp and chicken and it was delicious!!! We will be regulars!"
