"Do yourself a favor and don’t go here if you want your food in reasonable time. I door dash and this place wasted 25-30 minutes of my time waiting in the lobby for a pattymelt, hash brown, and Mac and cheese when the place was not even busy (around 3pm on a Saturday). It probably took 35-45 min from when it was ordered (3 simple things). To make it worse, I was never told it would take such a long time from the start and there was no apology once it was done, in fact I think they rated me 1 star for waiting patiently in the lobby for 30 minutes, but then not wishing them to have a happy day after that experience. (I can’t confirm this yet, but I do believe that may be the case.). Either way, it’s 1 star because this was during a non-peak time and 3 simple items should never take that long. Get it together, and when you mess up apologize for the wait or tell the dasher/customer it’s gonna be 30 minutes. You’re messing the day up for the dasher and customer taking that long. My rating door dashing is 4.95+ and I won’t let you mess that up, either way. The 1 star rating I got will be overturned, this 1 star rating will rightfully stick. You’ll note there are other 1 star ratings due to slow or no food coming out."
"We tried the breakfast buffet. Nice concept but the food wasn't great. The French toast was very crunchy with no soft center and the pancakes were hard. The eggs and hashbrowns were good as well as the bacon and sausage. My son loved the biscuits and gravy. Nice to see grits. The server was fabulous"
"I went through the drive thru. They were fast and got everything correct, but when I asked for extra tartar sauce they gave me 2 packets. Are they gate keeping the sauce?! Really good onion rings, as always."
"One of the last places to get a real size burger. I ordered a super big boy. expecting a shrunk down version of what I've ordered in he past. All the other big chains are giving less and charging more. I was surprised to get a full burger, made how I remembered it. Nice...."
"Hadn't been to Big boys in a long time & this place did not disappoint!! $13 all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet & it was very tasty. They did have a hard time keeping up with the pancakes and French toast but other than that it's a nice place, highly recommended."
