"The kiosk right in the front of the building for the whole world to see says dining room open at 7am. We go at 830 and the door is locked yet they’re dealing with the drive thru and orders thru there. Don’t advertise a specific time yet not be available."
"Horrible food horrible service ana horrible atmosphere. All my food was cold, saw a MANAGER take fries off the counter and throw them back under the heat lamp on top of new fries that is disgusting. Don't think their vent is on over fryers the smell in there was horrible old oil and cold food what happen to Wendy's terrible not at all what it use to be."
"This is a terrible restaurant. The wait is super long. For one simple meal, it took 30 minutes. The food was cold when it finally arrived. The burger I ordered was raw. The fries were old and soggy. Somehow, they never have sweet tea. Top it all off, they refuse to answer the phone when you call"
"As a parent of 3 children myself, I understand the difficulty of arranging appropriate supervision of school-aged children during the summer months. It seemed more than 1 employee had their children in the restaurant for awhile during our meal. They weren't necessarily being badly behaved ....just being children....a bit loud for an atmosphere corporate would prefer to be relaxing to their customers. As a Management Director myself, I simply thought it appropriate to make the appropriate person(s) aware."
"This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Food was cold, fries unsalted, and service was frustrating to say the least. Employee was rude taking the order and short with me when paying. He wouldn’t even reach his arm out of the window to hand me my food. Photos show unsalted fries and burnt, bare chicken “sandwich”."
