"Make sure you check your order in line. This is the third time I have ordered via the app and have been shorted a sandwich. The staff is usually helpful in making it right but the extra 20 min drive to and from kind of sucks. If you have the time I recommend any other chick fil a in the area."

"Went through the drive thru a week or two ago and got the wrong sandwich. Called same day gave my receipt number & they said they would fix it and send me something in my email? Never received it so called again days later and spoke with Elizabeth she was very nice but proceeded to ask me 101 questions about my order when I had already gone through this the first time I called. Long story short I just got the wrong sandwich and wanted it fixed but wasn’t willing to drive all the way back the same day. It shouldn’t be this hard to just get the correct meal. I’ve never had an issue like this and now that it’s been two weeks I’m completely over it and give up on trying to get something so simple which is what I ordered in the first place. Disappointed in their customer service. Good thing the brand as a whole has a rep of never messing up orders because when they do good luck trying to get it fixed. Talk about a mountain out of a mole hill. I wouldn’t haven even called in the first place but it was my mom’s sandwich that was messed up and she literally did not eat it so our whole meal together was ruined."

"Deluxe spicy chicken sandwich (with pepperjack cheese) meal. This is such a good sandwich. Their chicken is my favorite regardless of what meal is ordered. And their fries are one of my top three favorites. I love dipping them in chik fil a sauce. Yummm. I almost forgot....the service was excellent!"
