"Small chicken to crunching wasn't worth it never again this is what I call chicken this size good chicken in picture....from another place ."
"When you are able to order and get your food, it is hot, fresh, and delicious. However , the N. Dixie and Needmore location is grossly undermanned, and the customer service is deplorable, especially during lunchtime. I went to that location 2 days straight. The first day, they locked the entrance doors, so I had to use the drive, which was already 9 cars "deep." So, I didn't place my order since it was taking too long. The very next day, the entrance doors were open, and 5 customers, including myself, waited for 10 minutes. The staff DID NOT greet us or even acknowledge us even when we left. This is the only Church's on this side of town, and unless I just so happen to be close to one if the other 2 locations, I will never order or eat at the N, Dixie and Needmore location again."
"This place looks very old, dingy, and run down but to be honest, it was the best chicken I've had in a long time. Very meaty, juicy, and fresh. Also, I was in and out of the drive through in 2 minutes. They were upfront with me on what chicken they had on hand and very friendly. They only had white meat ready when I last visited but it was well worth it."
"Overcharging people without them knowing giving wrong sizes upsized my drink and clearly didn’t give me the correct size undercooked fries dried out cold chicken tenders out of buns and out of honey not satisfied at all and then the lady has the nerve to look at me and say are you tired? Really though was really rude."
