"Downgrading my experience. Drive-thru let 2 cars through Lane #1 while I was waiting in Lane #2. I asked if they were ready for my order because a third car was ordering at Lane #1! She said "No, dude." She let the 3rd car go in front of me. After car #4 pulled up and I called out, I could hear them all laughing. It's too bad, my kids were looking forward to some ice cream"
"It is very loud next to the highway so the person taking your order has to constantly ask you to repeat what you said. The cashiers are very rude. They open the window tell you a total and then shove food in your face. You are lucky to get what you order."
"KELLY really needs to go I bring two people to work to pickup there checks at 10:15am she gave the colored boy his check and acted like the white girl was never there and she was trying to pay for my food cuz I wasn't able to stand a black lady came in and ordered after I did and she got her food while I was just being cashed out and KELLY gave her a refund for waiting so long lol think WOW really so because I'm white I have to wait 30 minutes just to pay cash for my food and the other lady was black waits 20 minutes pays with a card and SHE gets a refund on her order A colored boy can get his check white girl gets her check after I call out KELLY over the checks then after that she wants to give a refund to someone that hasnt been there for as long as I have THIS IS WRONG AND IM SO MAD"
"It's mcdonald's, so I'm not gonna give it 5 stars on the atmosphere, but it's clean, and it doesn't smell like dirt or old grease like some others do. Food is standard fast food, but this location has always given me hot food. Service is usually really good, but recently, we had someone help us who was rude to the point that my husband said something. Usually, neither think much of it as we've both been in the service industry."
