"I tried to place an order through the app. I received a confirmation for the order. When I got there to pick it up, they didn't have it and told me it wasn't their problem and didn't even offer to make the food after I showed them the receipt."
"Don't go here. They take 5 minutes just to take your order in the drive through. And even when you finally manage to get your food it's either cold or burnt."
"Normally love this place but as you can see, the chicken tenders were so bad today. The worst part is they looked at them and then still handed them to me. Obviously didn't eat more than a couple bites as they were pretty awful"
"Tried the Wagu Deluxe burger for the first time. I wasn’t disappointed, but found it to be the best fast food burger I’ve ever eaten. The single patty was equal to some establishments double or triple patty option. The beef had gray flavor. I do feel the bun they paired with the burger is weak. Isn’t able to hold up to the beef and tomato juices. Mine fell apart. I think a pretzel bun would be a better fit. My curly fries were as I am accustomed to. I will definitely return for the burger."
"Once again tried giving Arby's on Springboro Pike in Moraine a chance at serving descent food at the drive thru window and yet again they disappoint in their failed ability to serve edible food. I will find a way to post with a photo of the food received."
