"This is the Chick-fil-A that's located inside the Dayton Mall. Now that the other Chick-fil-A location on Miamisburg Centerville Road is back open, business is back to normal at this location. While they still have a steady flow of customers it's nothing like it was, so I'm back to getting Chick-fil-A every time I go to the mall! Ps, if you're an app user that likes to order your food that way ahead of time, or if you use the doordash apps, I recommend you use this location because there is significantly less traffic!"

"On December 11/2023. I purchased a meal on drive through; 15 minutes later, when I got home, I noticed that my potatoes fried was missing; I called, and the lady manager, stared asking questions, I provided name and number and the number of my order and she still wants more information. When I realized, she was playing games, I hanged up. There it went my order of fries , that I paid, but I didn’t get….."

"The new remodel is rough. You all used to be the quickest place with the old three drive thru lanes. Now with the remodel, I have bees in the drive thru with a much longer wait time and the next time I went inside for the drive thru was so backed up and the inside service was also rough. Think the old way you all did things was more ch better."

"I ordered my food from the Chick Fila A app with my rewards points. I ordered for delivery. When I received my food, my order was wrong (except my fries). I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles. I received a sandwich that had extra pickles on it. I ordered a half Sunjoy Lemonade and Sweet Tea with No Ice. I received a sweet tea with extra ice mixed with Sprite. Like the whole order was incorrect! I called to speak to the manager at the Dayton Mall location and told her my issues. She couldn't get past the fact that "Doordash delivered your food. You need to talk to them. There's nothing I can do." Doordash didn't make my food. That was the point! Not only did I get DISGUSTING FOOD, I received my first "Ghetto McDonald's" experience from a restaurant that I love, and I lost my rewards. I won't be back to this location. I'll be happy when the Washington Township location opens back up. They provide EXCELLENT customer service!"

"I ate at the location located at the Dayton Mall in Dayton, Ohio. I ordered the 8 pc Chicken Nuggets, Medium Waffle French Fries, and Coke Zero. It was good, but I thought the Chicken Nuggets were rather small compared to other chicken nuggets. The people working were nice."
