"The staff that this location employs is amazing. I used to always come in to eat and truly enjoyed our kind and friendly server Alexis. I have been going through the drive thru the last several months due to a busy schedule and Sarah in the drive thru is the sweetest person and definitely a hard worker who goes the extra mile. With the attention to detail and caring nature of the staff here... the experience never disappoints."

With those two being on staff at this location , makes it without doubt certainly the best Frisch's Big Boy & casual dining restaurant from Dayton Ohio to Newport Kentucky ! If you were not to check this out that would be idiotic ! (The breakfast bar Saturday's and Sundays is one of the best as well )"

"Frisch's is a favorite of mine. This location is usually under staffed and food is about 75% accurate. This trip the fish was over cooked and the cream pie had been cut for a while as the filling was chewy not creamy. The waitress did as best she could and I appreciate her efforts"

"I don't know what is going on over on Benchwood. I ordered fish n chips. I thought this would be the cod fillets on the sandwich. NOT. These two triangles look like Van deKamps frozen fish fillets. Took one bite. This ain't no cod. Addendum: The fountain apparently needs maintenance. Took the Coke back because it tastes like stump water. They gave us Sierra Mist and still tastes like stump water. C'mon Chick-fil-A hurry up and open!!!"
