McDonald's

"Ordered food on the mobile app at this location. When I got to the restaurant my app froze and it did not give me a mobile order number. So I told the drive thru and they had me pull-up to the window and when I went up to the window they asked me what my order number was and when I told them what happened the employee in drive thru became very rude. At first they found my order but then acted like they didn’t. Then how did you know my name was Ashley? So they had me proceed to the second window where I then spoke to their manager. I showed him my receipt on my email and he thus told me that it was not in their system so therefore they would not be making it. Which of course made me mad because the order had already been taken out of my bank account and I had a receipt. The manager was incredibly rude and did not want to hear what I had to say and was not willing to help me at all. So me and my spouse parked the car and called customer service. They told me to go inside and check one more time to see if my order had popped up. I asked to speak to the manager again and he of course proceeded to tell me that it still wasn’t in their system. That it was out of his hands and therefore not his problem. I feel like I was robbed of both my money, food, and time. When I have gone to other locations and this problem has come up they still made my order because I had a receipt just like this time. This manager should be fired because of the way he spoke to me was both incredibly rude and disrespectful. He obviously needs to be retrained on customer service."

"Driving through the area & stopped here. Clean restaurant, great customer service. We had a large order & it was ready at our table before we even filled our drinks & everything was 100% accurate--which was impressive as we had enough customizations. One our best McDonald's experiences ever! Great job team & management!!"

"Was actually here for an interview with owner, and he was a no-show. Well, they actually didn't communicate well at all to let me know they had changed the location. So, it was a lack of proper communication. I guess that was an Omen, letting me know not to work for them. Sorry, but I have higher standards. Even the people there had no clue. The lady at the counter didn't even know the owners name. That's sad. I don't order any food, but they did offer a drink, which I declined. The store wasn't very clean overall, as I had to search a few different tables to find a place to sit, and they weren't busy at all inside the store."

"Normally my order is correct, but they've begun pulling people a lot recently to make their drive-thru times look faster. It's very aggravating when you don't have a large or special order. Fry's also beginning to get limp and warm instead of hot."
