"My service was horrible! I placed my order at the outside ikos. The worker came out to collect my credit card for payment. After 10 to 15 minutes, I had to buzz the person to bring back my card. I should never have to ask for my credit card back at any time!"

"The store manager named Michaela at the North Main location is terrible and so is her boyfriend/fiancé at the Brown Street location. He is a very weird and rude person. The manager at the north main location named Royetta, who goes by Roy is very disrespectful and rude not only to the employees, but to the customers as well . She has gotten into multiple arguments with customers and even threatened violence even with an employee and got physical. Roy also picked up a sandwich off of the floor. Continue to put the ingredients on it and serve it to a customer. I called corporate and I’m calling the health department as well especially given everything is on camera . most of the people who just start end up quitting a week later and it’s because of her and the way the stores are ran. I even suggested my friend work there at the Brown Street location and he’s already about to quit because he sees how corrupted everything is. DO NOT WORK HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT ESPECIALLY NOT FOR $11 an hour !! Make sure you have another job lined up as back up like I did in case you start working there !! It is very toxic !"

"The Food at this Penn Station location is excellent. The employees don't smile or even seem to want to be there. My concern was that there was an unsupervised child running about the restaurant The environment suffered due to lack of hospitality or camaraderie among the employees. I like the old car-hop option at this location. However, I'm not sure if it is in use anymore."

"We stopped here for lunch, my husband never has any complaints at this location, but I normally do. Today was the final straw, you all are dead wrong for making my chicken wrap with this old tortilla after having me wait forever. My wrap was not edible at all. Every part of the wrap was hard &’it had no sauce. Do better with the wraps like you do sandwiches. And because it was so busy (which wasn’t a real issue for me), I didn’t even have the energy to take it back up there. **Also please be clear, this wrap was never bit into, it literally crumbled apart when I unwrapped it. It was cut in half and that made it look like bite marks."
