"I got an Apple crepe it was nothing but old grease not even cinnamon taste not even a filling apples were not cooked bacon cooked in old oil nasty food former mystery shopper! Yuck!"
"This was my second visit in a week. The first time there was one person working the entire floor. She was the hostess, waitress, and cashier. I think she was also helping make the food. She was working very hard but with 7 tables it was an impossible task. There were three of us and we left before I ever got my order because the other two had finished. They'd waited a long time for their food but they still finished before my order even arrived. We gave up and paid for their food and left. Thinking it had been a fluke two of us returned today. We stood at the hostess table about 10 min. And still hadn't seen the first waitress. Looking at the people already seated it was clear that the same situation was still happening. We left as no one ever came to seat us. There's no way this place will be here long with horrible service like this. IHOP is one of my favorite chains but this particular one isn't worth the time it takes to park the car. Save yourself the frustration and eat somewhere else."
"I hadn't had IHOP in years and rarely get to treat myself to breakfast. I was sorely disappointed in both the food and the service. I waited a good but before even being waited on and took even longer for her to get the cup of coffee and oj I ordered. Eggs Benedict comes with poached eggs...NOT SOLID YOLKS! The potatoes were uncooked, as was the English muffin. The juice glass had something stuck to the inside of it. I spoke with a manager and she didn't charge me for the juice and did kindly offer to remake it to go. I politely declined, as I'm a driver and it wouldn't work so she took 10% off the bill. With businesses struggling to stay open, I was very unhappy to see very low food and service standards here. I will not come back."
"Nicest, cleanest IHOP I've been in. It even had a fire in the fireplace! The orders were correct. We had a good waitress. Very prompt, even though it appeared that she was the only waitress in the while dining room. She did a great job. My only complaint is the prices. High for what you get. Also, $3.29 for a cup of plain coffee is a bit steep. The restrooms were clean & well stocked. This IHOP was easy to get to, with copious parking. Plenty of room for large rigs."
