"((AVOID) ording Delivery from here) This restaurant refuses to answer any phone calls about only getting half of what you ordered. The first 3 times was ok, no biggie. However, on the 4th mess up, I was missing half my order and tried to call the store, but they had taken the phone off the hook. So I put in a complaint about missing half my order, and after 7 days of no response, I started the process of a chargeback due to this store refusing to do anything about it. I ended up winning my dispute due to this store. Neglects"
"Terrible service ordered $25 worth of food. Sent my guy with two tacos didn’t realize till we got home .was not driving back as it was 3 AM. Tried to call multiple times kept getting fax machine .called the next day told the manager about it she said you’re just realizing Today that you only got two tacos ! Called immediately when we discovered the mistake could not reach a human also called before I got to the manager and someone that wasn’t even working. Answered the phone very rude Unprofessional"

"This is the best Taco Bell in the Dayton area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I get the vegetarian options and never have to worry about them getting it right. Not bad when I am in a hurry. Only 4 stars for atmosphere because I always go thru drive thru so cannot say what the inside is like other than the staff."
"Very unprofessional group of young people. Was given out items without a bag and for the amount of food we ordered we received 5sauce packs and they had an attitude having to give us any at all, no straws for the drinks. Needs better management. Will not be returning back. Cashier name Ajanae It won’t let me take a pic of the receipt to show it"
