"Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I've been too. Drive-thru staff were rude. One person man started taking the order and then woman jumped in. And apparently the Chalupa has absolutely no meat on it. And the Doritos taco double stack don't get much lettuce and very little meat. But we did not order a double stack... My girlfriend asked for the new Stacker quesadilla. We where in the area for a doctor's appointment and wanted something quick and good. Although it was quick it was not good. I'm very unhappy. And by the time we checked it we were already on the highway north. I'm down right pissed. 15.65 for 5 things and the cheesy potatoes were the only thing that was good. I tried musseling through the Chalupa. But couldn't. And once I opened the Taco I put in the bag and will be through it away once home. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!"
"Except for the lady behind the counter berating her fellow employees it was a great visit! I left my card for the sweet young lady who waited on me for her mgr to call me! The lady who was cussing at fellow employees and vaping in back as she's throwing a fit. Sure didn't want her touching my food! Sorry the others had to be upset by it. Great job keeping their cool. Volatile!"
"This crew is the FLIPPIN BEST fast food crew that I have seen in a long time. They KNEW MY NAME when I walked in, William did! I about Fell out! The food is great, not all slapped together! Dining area always clean! I drive across town to get Tacos at this one! KUDDOS to the management team for having such a wonderful crew."
"PLEASE can you all pay more attention to cross contamination with the meat and beans! I keep finding bits of meat mixed in to veggie tacos. Otherwise y’all are great but I know there have been employees here who didn’t even know you were supposed to use different utensils."
"Ok. So. The place was mostly clean. The food was good, no complaints. However, the staff were standing behind the counter complaining, cursing, talking about the customers in the drive thru. And not in a quiet, nonchalant way either. I get it, you hate your job. So find another one. Taco Bell doesn't have you chained down. Ultimately it's poor management. The supervisor was in the mix with them complaining and cursing more than anyone. That's embarrassing. I won't go to this location again. There's another one not too far away. Let me just say, customer service isn't for everyone."
