"Octavia went out her way to make my visit great. Drove an hour to get this food. I wish the chicken could have been fresh but those buscuits made up for it. She put a nice amount on them and I really didn't need the extra butter I asked for. I'll definitely be back to this one instead of the other one down the street."

"I was disappointed in my to go order from the store. Ordered wings 1 hour after the store opened and there was none cooked. This seems to be an on going problem also the chicken pieces are getting smaller for the price and the order I did get it was not up to churches standards."

"Yes just recently I had applied for a position at this particular location and was immediately gaslighted for the position in the system it says I was hired and I kept hearing from other employees that I will be in the system soon I talked to the GM manager once which was very short I never really had a full conversation with her but my information was supposedly in the system right now I'm a little frustrated because I've seen people put in applications and get hired in before I did and every time I see new faces but mine I don't have anything on my record holding me back and I also have kitchen experience at least 8 years worth and 10 years worth of customer service experience . The hospitality and the customer service from current management and employees is rude and extremely unprofessional and unacceptable I feel like lies are coming from each and every way no one wants to give me a clear answer or contact me about my information right now these locations here in Dayton Ohio specifically Hoover and the Hillcrest location and the 45406 area code so the management . No attack on them personally it's just the unprofessionalism and the lack of communication the misconduct of their future employees I wasn't the only one that is experiencing this issue there are others who have gone through the same wish there could be a change at this rate I do believe this churches will not be open very much longer if they can't treat their employees good enough to keep it open or future employees who really need a job and want to work I hope it looks good in the future please address this issue"

"I visited here on Saturday, December 23rd, approximately 3pm after a funeral. Drive thru line was long, so I went inside and a spicy 16pc chicken only with a small spicy rice. The 3 person crew had the music load playing the explicit versions. The lady who packaged my order knew they were out of spicy chicken, but instead decided to give me regular without telling me and giving me an option if I wanted to wait or not. I drove all the way back to Louisville, Kentucky, thinking I had spicy chicken. They were ALL regular."

"The taste and quality (lack thereof) has gone downhill terribly. They use have some of the best chicken in the business. The chicken no longer tastes fresh. I think they use their oil too long. The chicken tastes stale, like bad oil. The size of the chicken has shrunk as well. They still have some of the best biscuits. I just have to give up on their chicken. We also got tenders, and they were tough and tasted like garlic."
