"They don t know what they re talking about. I went in to place an order and several of the employees there told me if I placed an order I would have to take the food with me right then and there. When I went back the next night I was told there was no ham left but watched a man pick up his order that had already been paid for and was given a lecture by one of there employees about how not to wait till the last minute. I asked where there was another store and was told Cedarville when it fact that was a lie. Found another store nearby hit everything I needed and was in and out in no time. Never going back to Trotwood branch."
"The staff was so helpful, friendly and professional. We was not certain how much we was gonna spend…..the staff was very patient with us. We feel they went above and beyond with the service we received 11- 19-2023. We came from out of state for this purchase. We will definitely will share this wonderful experience with family and friends. We usually go to Indianapolis, Indiana for our purchases, but this particular store was much closer. Shout out to the owner, manager and staff….keep up the good work. The price of the food matches the quality of the food. When we have family gatherings several hams and several turkey breast dishes are a must. Their sides are amazing. Treat yourself and I promise you’ll be back."
