Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Employees don't practice good hygiene. I watched the cook go to the bathroom with his apron on, never heard the hand dryer, then he goes back into the kitchen with the same apron he wore in the toilet. The ladies toilet seat is broken, the manager on duty didn't care - says they (corporate?) won't fix it. Same manager type was on her personal phone, loudly cursing about some sort of personal problem pretty much the whole time I was there. I imagine she's stressed out, but she was rude interacting with customers when she deigned to pay us any attention."

"We enjoy Popeyes! The biscuits are always my favorite. I had an odd experience at this location. The lady at the register held her hand out the window to make vehicles stop before getting to the window. I'm not sure why this was but there were only a few minutes in between her doing this. It was quick service and there were no issues with our order. The sweet heat sauce is worth a try. It smelled hotter than it actually was."

"My last two visits have been HORRIBLE in terms of customer service. The first had me driving away wondering how this young lady ties her shoes in the morning. Today was the worst. Woman at the drive thru kept impatiently asking "is that all," kept telling me to look at the menu for the sauce choices (Couldn't find it). I explained that it was probably me overlooking it, and asked if she could please tell me what the choices were. She complied, but her voice was flat and impatient. I tried smiling at her and lightly engaging with her at the window. She just looked at me and wouldn't say anything. I smiled at her. Nothing. She was just rude and it bordered on mean. I'll drive across town from now on."

"I asked for a lot of cup of ice, and Of course a people said that's gonna be extra.... When I received my food. After already paying for the extra cup... Once again, I've got a chorus Response, that's gonna be extra. I said I've already paid for it... My twelve piece chicken nuggets / combo, Is red beans and rice, only had ten pieces in there... For eighteen dollars I felt like I was Is robbed... I wasn't happy with that amount of food. I felt like I ordered a happy meal. An eighteen dollars happy meal... At that price, they should gave me 3 cups ice.. I guess This is something you have to experience.... I didn't ask for a free Cup of ice.... And for eighteen dollars I said it got better customer service... Especially with the small amount of food that I got..."

"First time trying Popeyes and won't try it again. I didn't get the hype behind it. I order the nuggets combo with a side of a mac and cheese. The mac and cheese looks awful same as for the taste. The nuggets were okay, one piece was very chewy. Also the strawberry lemonade was so sugary and couldn't finished it."
