"My wife and I stopped by Donatos on Valentines Day to get a heart shaped pizza. We ate in store and as far as chain pizza parlors go, Donatos is our favorite. Maybe it's the fresh vegetables, maybe the delicious crust cooked to perfection. Or probably it's both. We enjoy our pizza sausy and hot ( just like my sweet wife!!) and that's how they serve it. The staff at the Piqua location are great. Especially for laughing at all my dad jokes. Thanks for being good sports ladies!! See you soon! Donatos gets high marks from us."
"So, my husband goes to pick up food that was ordered online. He called me, because he didn't know what all we was supposed to have. Thier were 6 items in total, and only 3 items were given. When I called to ask for a manager, the supposed manager was highly disrespectful and belligerent, conveying I had no right to be angry over items I didn't receive. Then we continued to argue about my food, and the supposed manager hung up the phone. Like wow, Donatos your straight trash."
"Management is disrespectful and unprofessional, towards customers and their own staff. Their staff turnover rate is high due to said bad management. The place could actually be something good if they could respect the community they wanna to be serving, both employees and customers alike."
"I ordered my pizza. It was ready in 15 -20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. Everything looked clean and well kept. I had a coupon, so I got 5.00 off!! Brought it home and ate. It was very good. It hit the spot. I will go back."
