Cousin Vinny's Pizza

"Waited almost 25 min past the 50 min delivery time (which I was told was because they had one driver so I tried to be understanding) then when the driver finally showed up he didn’t even knock and I went to check to see if he was there and saw him standing there and he was on the phone and said “they finally answered the door”. He was rude, the food tasted old and dry and we asked for no ice in our drinks and all the drinks had ice. I won’t be ordering from there again. I could spend the same amount of money at a different pizza place and get the food on time, a correct order and without the attitude."

"I can’t believe the disrespect and the audacity to beat on my door when I asked them not to knock. The manager Patrick basically makes up excuses for his employees. I specifically asked them not to knock bc of my child and they knocked any ways. Woke my child up. And then said he knocked because he didn’t get a tip when he actually got a tip!!!!!! And I tipped extra unaware that my husband had already tipped on his credit card. It’s a joke. I ordered TWO separate orders in one night by mistake tipped three times and they knocked BOTH times when after the first time I called only to politely ask them not to knock again and got hung up on… wow. What kind of trashy employees are they hiring? (Even manager Patrick said it was a low level employee who hung up on me and was completely rude and hung up on me again because they were “so so busy”. I will never use them again."

"Ordered pizza for pick up. The person taking my order wasn't rude but was distracted. Showed up to get food and order was out for delivery. The manager was in apologized for the mix-up. Made fresh pizzas plus gave me the original ones. Gave me a discount and a couple of cookies for my kids. The manager totally turned what could have been a negative into a positive. Way to act like a good leader!"

"Took forever for my burnt pizza and burnt wings. then an employee locked the door for someone they had "bad past experiences with" that was behind me. I obviously didn't know they had experience with this guy who was knocking on the glass for like 2 minutes. So i let him in cause i thought he just thought the door was locked. The employee proceeded to give me my order then walk outside with me and tell me "don't open the door for anyone here again" then walked away. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous here. They also tried to claim that I didn't place an order, but I argued until he "saw that i ordered". Come to find out every review on here says they tell everyone that they "didnt get their order.""
