"Didn’t have time to wait 30mins to be seated because on a scheduled lunch break so tried the order online. It is more expensive than being seated. The food was cold, didn’t provide syrup with the pancakes, paid extra for avocado with my omelette but didn’t get the avocado, and omelette order was wrong. Pancakes weren’t fully cooked. Hopefully better serve when seated."

"I spent $200 on a catered lunch for 12 people, yet they don’t provide plates? I ordered coffee, yet they sent no cups. The hash browns were almost raw. I asked for utensils and serving spoons. Got utensils, which had to double for the missing serving spoons. I’m sure the potato soup was good, but no one ate it because there were no bowls. To top it all off, the server handed me my final 2 bags without a word. I’ll think twice before ordering from this Bob Evans again, and will definitely think twice before tipping on a carry out."

"Best service we have had in a long time. And the best food from a Bob Evans in a long time. We ate Sunday around 1130 am and the parking lot was busy, but I expected that and a wait. We were seated quickly. Our experience with any Bob Evans is short staffing leading to slow service, which means the food is just ok. According to the check, Heather was our waitress, got to us quickly, got our order in and we got our food much quicker than we expected. The food was hot and excellent. And the restaurant was full."

"Any time we are in the eastern part of the United States traveling we have to stop. I absolutely love the homestyle cooking here. Service was fabulous as always."

"They had only two servers should’ve had four. The wait was worth it. The BOT had extra bacon, egg, and avocado. It had to be the best BLT I’ve ever eaten. The salad has lots of fruit in it very big and my wife thoroughly enjoyed it."
