"I just want to take a moment to say that City Center Childcare does an amazing job with there wellness station! Every time I go in to drop off my 2 little girls, we are always taking temperatures, using hand sanitizer, wearing masks, wiping the thermometer off with an alcohol wipe, and wearing gloves if you prefer to wear gloves. We also get asked every morning if we have been in contact with anyone with covid, any fevers, cough, or if any medication has been given. The center director takes great strides to make sure everyone is safe in her center. Everyone from the staff, children, and even the parents. I highly recommend taking your kids here as it is a great place and they are doing an amazing job with keeping everyone safe!"

"I really wanted to like this place because I need a quality place for my baby but.. I called to get some info and maybe I caught her at a bad time or I wasn’t speaking fast enough.. 100% rude. I even apologized for her being seemingly frustrated and asked if someone else could patiently assist me with my questions but she said the director was out but she can leave her a message for me then hangs up the phone. Good customer service is vital in my opinion. If there are people there that seem frustrated and impatient, maybe it’s not the place for my 2 year old."

"We love City Center Childcare so much! Our daughter has been going here for almost 2 years and we have had no issues. The staff treats everyone like family, and they are always quick to communicate and answer any questions. They also provide everything - diapers, food, drinks, even extra clothes if you forgot to pack some! It is great knowing that my child is provided with everything she needs and I don't have to stress. We have another baby on the way, and we are excited for her to be part of the City Center Childcare family too!"

"This is an incredible option for day care. Amanda the leader of the team is incredible, responsive and kind. The whole staff is amazing and most of all our daughter loves going. They send pictures that match curriculum and informs parents about whats going on throughout the day. Pick up and drop off is a breeze because the staff is so on it. And its super convenient."

"I had both of my girls with City Center Childcare as infants. We have always received great communication from the teachers as well as the director. When I chose to stay at home with my girls about a year and a half ago, City Center Childcare continued to work with me. When I do need to fill in at work, I have always been able to make arrangements with them to cover childcare for me. We have been very happy with City Center Childcare and would recommend it to anyone needing childcare in the Grove City area."
