"The food was great but I feel bad for the staff. It looks like they are stuck using pen and paper for everything, and it doesn't appear they have proper POS systems. When everything is manually resolved, it takes longer without automation which impacts the customer. All in all not a bad waffle house though"
"The staff is awesome and I love the food. Greatest end to a night of boozing and equally great cure the morning after. The bathroom is the equivalent of a truck stop dump station but who is going to the Waffle House for the ambiance of their pee-pee poo-poo rooms."
"I had an amazing waitress that did everything in her ability for me to have a good experience but that was not the case. There was a man working with her that night and he was very aggressive to the young girl. It was so bad I didn't want to leave her alone with him. The atmosphere felt very toxic and I don't plan on ever going back"
