"This is a cool little diner in Darke Co Ohio. People come from all around the ajoining counties to have breakfast on weekends and that good ole fashion country cookin thru the week. I went to high school near-by and felt right at home. The food reminded of the kind of food that was so commom 40 years ago. The atmosphere is Country. St Rte 571 is one of the quiet roads in the farm belt, scenic and beautiful. Leaving I saw an American Eagle within a hunderd feet of the roadway in what had been a cornfield this past summer. The eagle was having fresh rabbit. I had just had the pancake with eggs, hash browns, and coffee, sausage all locally sourced and fresh from scratch. Everyone there is friendly. The service is great. And the experience leaves a wonderful memory."
