"The restaurant is beautifully decorated! And HUGE! They have two very large bars that are lit up like the Fourth of July! We took our waiters recommendation and both our dishes were DELICIOUS! I got the chorizo pollo and it was so very good. My husband got the Lindos specials and it was also good. The portion sizes were large and we wanted to take some home but it was so good we couldn’t stop eating. Many Mexican dishes are heavy and piled with gooey cheese. These were light and fresh. They also have a very nice patio that I imagine will be a lot of fun this summer. Did I mention the margaritas??? YUMMY!!We will be back!!"
"Ordered carry out. The food we received tasted fantastic. They forgot one of the four meals and two of the meals we received were not correct. As in proteins we didn't order. When I called about the missing meal the phone number goes directly to a voicemail that is not set up so had to drive back to get the meal. The ticket for the missing meal was sent to the kitchen but after 20 minutes still hadn't been made so got a refund instead. To give them the benefit of the doubt they had a packed house, but still not an excuse for the number of mistakes. Will try again in a couple months when they have had time to get staff trained."
"Love this new restaurant! The food & service have been great so far! I've been multiple times. I try something new with each visit, but the lobster chimichangas & tradition guacamole are so far my fav!"
"Where do you start? We've been looking forward to trying out El Rancho. 1st, my drink, of which was wrong, came out before my girlfriends, she got her 20 mins later. Then she got her food, and we're sitting there looking at each other like really. My food finally came out after I asked for it only to find the back side of the shrimp was burnt. Never saw the manager and things look disorganized with staff. I'll stick to driving to Richmond for mexican."
"Our server Alecia was awesome! Very quick and made sure we were taken care of. Food was great! The manager came over to make sure we were okay. Great staff and beautiful building. I worked at the same building years ago at a previous restaurant it’s awesome to see what they’ve done with the place!"
