"Horrible management. The director is never available and never returns calls or emails when there is a concern. Most of the “teachers” are incompetent. Said my grandson was having seizures and it turned out that he wasn’t. The first time they said that he had a focal seizure (didn’t bother to call us) then about an hour later had a seizure that was 7- 10 minutes long. They called us after that seizure. We had them call a squad because he’s never had a grand mal seizure. We arrived shortly after the paramedics. My grandson was acting perfectly fine. We still took him to the hospital. He had all sorts of tests ran and had to stay overnight. A couple of weeks after that we got another call saying that he was having a seizure. Called the squad again. When we arrived, again he was acting normal. One of the teachers had this weird smirk on her face like she thought it was funny. When we questioned her about what happened, you could tell that she was lying. The paramedics also noticed her odd behavior and agreed that he wasn’t acting like someone who just had a seizure. We asked to get a copy of the incident report to give the neurologist. They wouldn’t give it to us until we threatened to call state. Then one day they left him in a dirty diaper. She got a call saying that he had diarrhea . When my daughter picked him up she had to put him in the bath to get the bm off of him. His bottom was extremely red. It was obvious that they saw the runny poop and didn’t want to change him. The last instance was when one of the “teachers” tied his Hey Dudes so tight that it left bruises and welts. Why she would tie a Hey Dude is beyond me! My grandson has sensory issues. Sometimes he doesn’t like anything on his feet when he’s inside. So this teacher purposely tied it super tight so he wouldn’t be able to take it off! This happened 3 days ago and he still has the marks from the shoe strings."

"I had my son and daughter both in this place, they don't pay any attention to the children, I came in to find my 4 year old son being held down in the dirt by other kids. I arrived to pick them up and could hear a teacher screaming at the children before I even opened the entrance door. Then they became so short staffed they placed my 4 year old in the room with the bigger kids 10-12 year olds, he instantly came home being hateful, mouthy and throwing fits, he literally never acted that way before. Of course children throw temper tantrums but not this bad or mean. Time after time I asked them to address an issue with another child but they never did. My daughter is 11, she was being shoved against a wall because other child wanted the rock she had and the so called "teacher" was literally 6 feet away and staring at her phone. I removed my children a month early because how they treated my children. A guy I work with did the same shortly after I did. This place is horrible and every employee should be fired and replaced with people that ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT CHILDREN AMD THEIR WELL BEING."

"I will never try and put my child in this place ever again. First it started in 2018 when I had called and placed my child on the “waiting list” they had told me my son was #5. So, I had called about a month later and was told he was #2. I then, had called again a week after that and was told he was #8!!! How does that happened without them reaching out to me!? So I just gave up on them. Obviously, they need to correct their organization. I know a few people that have their kids in their daycare so I chose to give them another chance. I called late March 2019 and explained I’m looking for a daycare. The lady on the other line told me after taking down my sons name and age she could get him in on May 7th!!! I went up there a few days prior to May 7th with my paper work and the “in charge” woman had told me it’s a first come first serve. Like wow!! No one had told me that over the phone meanwhile keeping in contact with the daycare explaining I was told he could start May 7th but no one has explained to me the paper work process and when to come or would I receive a call telling me how to go about things. I was told to apply for title 20 and bring the paper work up there. That’s what a I was told. I told the lady I don’t feel comfortable putting my child in a daycare where I keep being lied too. She insisted for me to put my number and my sons name down so she could look into it and would call me that day or the next to see if she can get him a spot. Guess what... it’s been a few weeks now and no call lol. So, that was my final straw. I WILL NEVER PUT MY SON IN THIS DAYCARE. They have lied to me so many times prior to me putting my son in this daycare, what will they lie to me about after my son is in this daycare?! Also come to find out the teachers here are just trained threw a few CPR classes. They aren’t certified through state and they charge 859.00$ out of pocket without Title 20. What a joke!!"

"This center is amazing! My children have been going there for almost 2 years. Anytime there is an issue or concern it is addressed in a timely manner by a teacher or Ms. Ashley. The teachers and workers at the center have become our extended family and my children love them very much! If anyone has had an issue here, maybe the issue isn't the center."

"!!BEWARE!!THESE PEOPLE HERE WILL HARM YOUR CHILDREN!! BEWARE!!The teachers for the older kids are a joke here!!! My children were being bullied and when we confronted the teachers about it they say they didn't see anything. So I try the ladder going to the next person up only to be rebuffed again. So I went to the corporate director who promised change, yet nothing. Now my kids are harassed by the kids and the teachers!! My kids tell me the teachers tell them what disrespectful brats they are!!! And go on to cuss about my wife and myself in front of them. My daughter took a video of a kid kicking rocks into my nephew and they didn't care about injuries they wanted the video deleted. Please parents don't leave your kids in the care of Marisa or Jill if you try to get them to do their job they will take it out on your kids anyway they want and the ringleader of this trashy circus is just as useless. On the upside the toddler room is magnificent and the teachers/caretakers in that room are absolutely wonderful! Today I found out that one of the two IDIOTS I listed here was CHASING MY CHILD!?! Are you kidding me the clown that says she practices MMA is chasing my child? It's like there's a gas leak in the building that only affects people with low IQ's. You would think with state funding they could find intelligent people."
