"Staff was rude when i couldn't hear through the speaker in drive through. When i went inside to order, they were mocking me. Made me very upset because I stated I would be pulling around to order. Will be calling to talk to a manager."
"Again this “restaurant” messed up our order. I ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 fries, they gave us 3 bags.when I got home we opened everything up and we were a sandwich short. Unfortunately, this is normal for this place, so I almost blame myself for not checking the bag before we left the drive through. So when I called in, the manager was clueless and I had to spell out and repeat myself multiple times… I just couldn’t go through it anymore, I hung up and just decided that the $5.49 I lost wasn’t worth the eventual brain aneurysm I was going to have…"
"The crew at this location simply do not care about quality or being friendly to customers. I'm not sure what happened because it used to be one of the best Wendys in the area. Every time I visit, I'm met with indifference or irritation by simply existing at their store. If I'm lucky, I don't have to repeat my order several times because they weren't paying attention. Tonight was the last time I'll ever go back. The management at this store needs an overhaul. The Wendys in Sidney doesn't have this problem. Neither does the Taco Bell next door. (Taco Bell has the nicest DT crew around, btw)."
"I stopped here after work for some breakfast. I ordered a biscuit and gravy, 4 piece french toast sticks. The biscuit is so hard, I can't cut it with the plastic fork they provided. It's definitely not edible. I hate paying for something, and being disappointed. I gave 2 stars for the french toast sticks, they were edible. I won't be stopping here for food."
