"*Update - Owner reached out promptly by email to discuss matter. Was very professional and made every effort to correct the issue. Kept his word every step of the way and delivered on the follow up phone call as well as a refund for the entire order, not just the missing product. Due to the prompt response, will likely give them another chance. Ordered 23 lbs of food for delivery. Only received 10 lbs with a note that they would bring the remaining amount when it is in stock. It's been a month and no word from the company. Tried calling the phone number on their site and it was an individual who was not affiliated with the company. Then called another location who said would pass on my information to reach out to me. It's been two weeks and still no contact. They're happy to take your money but do not deliver what you pay for and then make it impossible to talk to someone to fix the issue."
