"I am baffled at the high reviews this place has. I had a horrible experience here. This was my daughters first daycare experience and she was consistently sick. I'm talking every other month hospitalized to where she got diagnosed with asthma before the age of 2. But she kept getting to the point of needing breathing treatments because she got RSV every other month. I took my daughter to a scheduled doctor appointment on a Wednesday I believe and on Thursday they were calling me telling me had a rash around her mouth and at the doctor she had fell on their slippery floor and hit my knee on her mouth so I told them that and they called CPS on me and told them that I abused my 1 1/2 year old when they know I had just been to the doctor the day before and are at the doctor all the time over her health because she got sick literally every week here. It was always some type of rash, some type of anything. I switched her daycares, and she has not been hospitalized 1 time. She was hospitalized 8 times attending this daycare and she started at 2 months old and left at 18 months old. There was something every other day, it felt like with why we had to pick up our kid or get them early. There was even one time that they asked us to pick up our kids early because the bar across the street had something going on and their parking lot was going to be overflowing. I thought that was a little crazy but that was before Kimi became the manager. I can confidently write this today because my child has attended a different daycare since 2 months after we left this one because it was hard to find another one on the spot (She's 26 months old today). These things are not happening at other daycares. And my child who I thought was sickly has not been since we left. Honestly, if your child is going to the infant room here, just don't. and I know it's hard because there aren't many options for infant rooms but, if at all possible, find another way."

"My boys have been going here for a couple weeks now And they seem to genuinely love it. All the teachers I Have met are super sweet."

"I am a parent of boys in the center. I had two, but one goes to a school they don't transport to so we had to have other accommodations. My older kid (7) loved his time here. The teachers actually care about the kids and treat them like little adults and respect them. My younger kid (3) loves his teachers and his friends. There have been incident reports to him and from him, but the staff has been great about helping protect my kid. He is treated like royalty here when he walks in. Every teacher knows his name and gives hugs or high fives. I would highly recommend the staff of this KinderCare for the amazing years we have been attending. The admin and teachers are second to none. Now, if we can find a way to pay them more without raising tuition, or using more of our tuition payments to give them raises they so rightly deserve would be great. I hope corporate looks at this review and gives this center the recognition they deserve (and hopefully with more than a pizza party. )"

"Some of the several year old reviews shouldn’t be taken into account in your decision making. Most of the people included in those don’t even work for Kinder Care anymore. Ever since my wife and I decided to bring our 1 year old to KinderCare we’ve noticed a huge change in his growth in a positive way and he is a lot happier throughout the day and at drop off and pickup than he was with our previous daycare. Super thrilled with the team of teachers and both directors are super reasonable and attentive. Great spot to bring your children!"

"This is my daughter's first daycare experience. I've heard horror stories about other daycares from other parents, and I was so nervous to take that leap and enroll my daughter. I'm SO glad I did because before my daughter started, she was behind on her speech, but after she started, I started seeing a big difference almost immediately! She is now ahead and thriving! Ms. Maria is one of the best teachers I have ever met! She truly cares about all of the children and makes learning fun for them. We toured lots of other daycares, and this daycare was the cleanest one we have seen! I have worked a lot of different places, and I can say this is the first job that I feel like management truly cares about all of their employees. The CD (Kimberly Waugh) cares about every single child in this daycare, and it shows!"
