"Every time we go here, they get something wrong. Even little things are consistently fouled up... like forgetting sauces, straws, plastic ware, even napkins. And you might as well forget anything special. We went through the drive thru to order the attitude was poor and came off as resentful that we ordered special items. This time, I asked for my krinkle fries to be cooked a longer and no salt, and my husband added on Mac and cheese bites to his meal. We were asked to pull forward because it would be about 10 minutes for our order. It seemed a bit long, but okay. When they brought out our order, they got my fries wrong and burned his bites. If this were an isolated incident, it would be fine, but this is every single time."
"Tried to use cell to order ahead but don't use credit card. I use cash. Restaurant was clean. Oh and I ordered a regular roast beef and when I got home, it was a cheddar. Had to give it to dogs."
"What happened to this store? I waited in line at the drive through for a half hour. You would think when I got my food the fries would be hot or at the very least warm. No they were ice cold. The company needs to get a handle on this because this used to be a good store."
